Just Really Cute Kids

Jude said what is printed on this picture while finger painting today. It's his favorite expression lately. Thanks to Kaylynn for fixing it up for me!

Franklin Street Festival

This weekend was the 24th (or something like that) annual Franklin Street Festival. Georgia and Jude played forever in the inflatables even though Jude had a fever! We enjoyed fair food (meat on a stick!) and walked back home to put the sleepy children to bed.

Fundom Kids

Georgia and I went to a birthday party today in Joelton. It's an old skating rink turned in a great play place for kids. They had all kinds of cool stuff. We hope to go back sometime with Daddy and Jude.

Weekend With Gracie

Our good friend Gracie came to stay with us for the weekend. All the kids did great and had lots of fun playing together. Gracie was a breeze to have around and we'll welcome her back anyday!

Children Without Naps...

Wednesday, April 11, 2007

These two genuinely love each other. They are so sweet and sharing with each other 99.9 percent of the time it warms my heart! Jude's latest thing to say (as in when I went in to tell them to get to sleep) is "Mama, You're incredible!!"

The Easter Bunny Arrives

The kids and I stayed home from church because we're all sick. Georgia really wanted to go, but said, "We can't go because Jude's sick". I hated to miss because I teach Sunday School with my friend Andrea and we had a fun day planned for the 5 year olds-4th grade. They used the Resurrecion Eggs to tell the Easter story. Each egg has a different object that represents part of the Easter story. We have some and Georgia and Jude love them.

After a long afternoon nap, Steve took the kids to Blockbuster and got some movies. Georgia insisted on A Bug's Life even though we have gotten that one from the library before. They're happily watching it on the couch now.

Steve got Children of Men and Borat for us! They both sound good.

Steve is able to spend more time at home lately which is wonderful. The kids (and me) have missed him terribly. He hated it too.

Here are some pictures from the weekend.

A Day At The Zoo

It was a great day for the zoo and we had fun with our playgroup friends, Madeleine and Nathan.

Sunday, April 1, 2007

Today is absolutely gorgeous! It's about 70 degrees and cool and breezy. We all took a 2 hour nap, then headed outside to play and pull weeds.
