So Steve brought home leftover goodies from a tailgate party at the studio. Someone brought these cupcakes from a bakery in Nashville. Oh my, were they yummy.
I love the look on Jude's face as he adores the cupcake. He is my son!

Nice Weekend
I didn't take any pictures today, but we had fun. We went to lunch, went to Home Depot to get a new light switch for Jude's room. Steve installed the new light and it looks great. Somewhere along the way, Steve lost his cell phone/PDA :( Bummer
After all that, we went to the creek by the Rec Center and waded and played for about an hour and a half. I was quite proud that I spotted a small snake. We found tons of golf balls and shells.
Steve threw a golf ball to Jude and it hit him square in the nose! He couldn't do it again if he tried and Jude wouldn't forgive him right away.
We walked downtown from our house and got Ben and Jerry's and walked home.
I hope tomorrow will be as relaxing! Happy Memorial Day!
Don't forget to pray for Steven Curtis Chapman and his whole family....

Georgia is quite a little lady. She will ONLY wear dresses unless forced to wear shorts to the park or whatever. She won't even wear skirts. She says, "But I don't look beautiful in this!"
We're sad that our days of picking up our friend Riley are almost over. The last day of school is Thursday. We have adopted her as our "sister".
I finally finished Jude's blanket. This is a picture of it about 1/3 of the way done. I guess he's as happy as a 3 year old can be about a crocheted afghan!

Chattanooga Saturday
Last Saturday we went to Chattanooga for the day. It was great fun. We rode the Incline Train up Lookout Mountain (a little scary for me!) and went to the aquarium. The highlight for the kids was probably playing in the water fountains at the end of the day. The highlight for me was seeing the adorable penguins!
